I cannot possibly imagine what interests anyone in "Television & Film" anymore. There is nothing even remotely worth watching being created anymore. There's some interesting older shows and films, though not all of it holds up. There's just infinite information and content out there and I can't see what the appeal of anything to come out of Hollywood is.
How can you care about any of this movie slop being made? How can you care about any of this TV slop being made? I'd rather watch a guy with a nice calming Bob Ross voice play NES games for 2 hours. I don't even play games myself anymore.

I've seen about 210 of the they shoot pictures don't they top 1000 movies of all time. I certainly don't watch anything new or televised. It's something to do I guess, no one discusses the films here though so who cares, /film/ like hyperobscure stuff and the rest of the board like capes and fart jokes.

The low budget foreign indie stuff is really where it's at, but this board will never talk about it in a 1000 years. Infact, they will ridicule you for it while they proclaim generic capeshit blockbuster #539856789 is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Personally I think movies are getting better and we're just out of touch.
Like I can imagine a bunch of zoomer friends enjoying Dungeons & Dragons Honor Among Thieves together, or schlocky horror like Until Dawn, or Final Destination, M3GAN II, Smile 2, Trap, Furiosa, The Gorge, How to Train Your Dragon, Minecraft, Jurassic World, Suoerman, etc.
Movies are pretty consistently good now.
I wonder where zoomers are discussing movies, maybe they just talk about it together irl.
