I liked Janeway better than Sisko and I think Voyager was more consistent throughout and had a more Star Trekk feel. DS9 had better characters though (apart from Janeway being the superior captain)

Skip ds9, watch voyager and enterprise, then go back and watch ds9 when you're desperate for more trek to watch.
Don't bother with anything new.
Then realize you suck ass and go watch Sg-1, the superior scifi show, instead.

Outside of an extreme handful of bad individual episodes, what lows does DS9 even have? It is the most consistently good Trek show, with some very high highs, and the lows can be quite low but there aren't many lows to begin with.

Prophets vs Pah-Wraiths would have been more interesting as gray vs gray instead of good vs evil. The Prophets are okay, but the Pah-Wraiths have one good episode (Keiko's episode) and everything else with them is a consistent low.
