I just watched it based on these threads. I was actually smiling for most of it, it was fun to see someone truly fuck with Sam and how Sam just couldn’t figure out how to handle it. None of Sam’s Jew or rape comments phased Harland in the slightest, which hopefully was a reality check for all of them. The trashing the studio was just really unfunny and uncomfortable but not in a cool, interesting or like transgressive way, just seemed like a very dumb idea suffused with weird tension on Sam’s side, and Nick was clearly very upset with it. And then the last like 10 minutes are unwatchable.
