People who said it fell off after the pilot are full of shit, the first 2 seasons are almost entirely kino, and 3 still has some pretty good ones as well.
It did fall off hard eventually though, i won't deny it. They kept trying to raise the stakes and ditched their winning formula, like half of the episodes became about weird international intrigue and terrorism and shit because they wanted the stakes to be higher. The show was at its best when it was about busting mid-high level dealers by cruising around in sports cars, seducing bikini babes, and shooting junkie scumbags
