I hate how bland all the films became after this one. It's like David whatshisname, the director of all the films after this, only saw this one and said "yeah okay, they're all just going to be that". The first 3 are peak comfy.

Yeah looking back it was indeed the peak, the whole games and foreign students coming to compete all felt so well done done in general

Victor never even got to tap that, Hermione was leading him on to make Ron jealous. Then had to go back to Bulgaria while she conceives dozens of redhead children. Cannon btw

You're right, actually. I didn't explain it very well, but I think they should have kept bringing in new directors so we'd have continuously different flavors, so to speak.
>1 and 2 are magical adventures
>3 is dark and weird
>4 and 5 would be bleak, about Harry losing his innocence and struggling with it (like in the books)
>6 and 7 with different directors could have felt like, I dunno, more heroic?
I just got really sick of David Yates' misery porn by the end.

You know what? I'm gonna say it. Ron is a pansy ass bitch. He thinks he's got it rough because he has no money, but at the end of the day he is far wealthier and better off than Harry in many respects. Harry has no family left other than those that hate him, he has no home to go back to during the holidays other than either his evil uncle and aunt, or staying at Ron's house. Meanwhile Ron has a big family, a big house on a large plot of land, a father who works in a lead role in an admittedly small department at the Ministry of Magic. We know he goes on holidays like to Egypt with his entire family.

So what, Harry has some gold that he can't even really spend? It's not like money even matters in the wizarding world anyway. The most we see is that Ron has to use second hand schoolbooks and uniforms, literally everything else he needs is provided for at Hogwarts. Also, as a wizard born into a pureblood family there is no reason that Ron should not be the most capable wizard out of the three, the other two being a boy raised as a muggle for the first decade of his life and a girl born to two muggles. Yet he's a complete shitter.

Fuck that ginger twat.

this movie should have been way better. goblet of fire is arguably the most enchanting and magical out of all the books and the movie should have been the same

Also, imagine not giving Hermany a throatpie in that sweet ass hot tub and making Myrtle watch with her tits out and crying.

You were right to do so. Once Voldemort is back and the primary threat any sense of adventure goes out the fucking window and it becomes Naruto for normie white women
