You would need to digitally deage them although you could have then slow keep the loop going each failed attempt. Something like bane the episode 23 years

Only way it would work is if its a new series with a new crew takes over some years after the refit and Archer is an admiral.
And then maybe do a 2 part flashback special with the original crew de-aged during the Romulan War.
Because no studio is gonna spend the money to have the crew de-aged for the entire series.

You don't, that ship has sailed. They need to make something new and unique. Set it in the 27th Century or something and do time war shenanigans, then they can have all the nostalgia baiting they want while not being burdened by it.
