I got molested by a girl my own age in the second grade. She started out pinching my dick and legit did the "tell anyone and we'll both get in trouble" thing. The school had these trailers at the back of the playground that were the sped classes or something and one day she started taking me back there for other things. Then I have like a huge gap in my memory. Even now after a tiny bit of therapy I only recall the abuse and then going back to school in the 3rd grade in the middle of the school year. Apparently there was so much legal horseshit and being taken away from my parents and staying in some kind of group home. I guess my principal and my teacher had a big hand in helping out my parents and with the case in general. But yeah it was really bad apparently after a big initial breakdown where I told the whoever, everything that happened somehow some fuckhead thought I was lying and they decided my parents were molesting me or something.
Basically it was an awful awful ordeal and after they told me I wasn't going to be able to see my parents I shut down and stopped talking for months. They strung my parents along for months too not telling them shit except for vague hints that "maybe someone was going to file charges." Initially they were told I had sexually assaulted someone, you see. Luckily my teacher's husband had been a social worker and he managed to get his hands on the report and around six months in of me just being disappeared, it comes out that I was the victim and apparently traumatized now. My parents didn't have money for a lawyer but luckily my principal was one and he got the ball rolling on getting me back to my parents.
