And this fire tribe look like they will be open to human technology and exploitation of Pandora, because they don't give a fuck about Ayyywa and they even depise her, because they have been banished by her due to nasty things they have done.
Fire is keeping Ayyywa away, the RDA is controling fire, they will see the RDA as saviors or at least great allies.
RDA will help them to take over places, and while these tribes are fighting, the RDA will be able to exploit the land and build the shit they want more easily, while arming the fire tribe.
The humans will maybe even be considered a holy species, sent by the gods, if the fire tribe is religious in their own ways, maybe the RDA will take advantage of that this way, I don't know.
They live in desolated lands, so it will be compatible with the RDA's mining sites where they fuck up the presence of Ayyywa, it's a good match.
