Does it really matter? They're all the same. And I say this as someone who loves House. It's the most formulaic show ever made and the one who has the most evident formula for anyone to see.
But the show has good humor, characters, actors and interactions between them. It saves it from the medical mystery plot formula.

Three stories is the only episode I still think about

The unproduced script for the tv movie. It got dark. Cameron murders Forman for the time he infected her with a possibly lethal disease. She never forgot or forgave him, she just waited for enough time to pass so she wouldn't be suspected. In the end Chase doesn't rat her out, but their relationship is over and you know they'll never work together again.

Yeah, I was gonna say the season 6 premiere episode as well. It really seemed like a series finale to me and apparently it was supposed to be. Would've been cool if it was because it was the best episode of the series for me. That and three stories.

The episode with Steve Urkel.

I got stuck late in season 2, the episodes start feeling too same-y for me at some point

It doesn't get any better later on, but the stories are still good. focus on the mystery and the themes and don't expect overarching arcs or character growth. the show does have those, but in small doses.

It literally wasnt made for streaming so when you watch it all at once if you cannot ignore the repetitiveness then you cant watch. Just take breaks every few episodes.

Family, the episode where one kid has cancer, and his brother's bone marrow becomes infected so they can't do the transplant. Foreman is forced to stab the kid with a massive syringe to suck the marrow out, no anaesthetic.
