I'm about to marathon a "reaction to '28 Years Later' recap" on YouTube in the next few hours. What do I think of it?

I'm 98 minutes into the movie.
When does it gets good?

The final section is good, as long as you accept the whole movie as the first of three acts which hopefully will be more satisfying in a few years once the whole 28 Years trilogy is out.
They clearly did not intend for and write this one movie to hold up as a standalone thing
