It was obvious, when the original Ferengi episode of STTNG first played, that they were obnoxious Jewish stereotypes. I was watching it with a bunch of fellow Trek fans and we were all really put off by it. Then, for some reason, it continued.

At least Noël Wells isn't Jewish. She's half Tunisian and half Mexican.
