I'm a comic book expert and a Zack Snyder fan, and i say Batman used to kill henchmen without giving a fucking during the late 60s and 70s.
The hard no kill bullshit started in the 90s and it ruined the character. Now pretty much every Robin or Batman adjacent character kills and Batman is depicted as a sick idiot that ruins everything for everyone for keeping the Joker alive.
