Even my favorite PBS show NOVA many of the episodes were produced as BBC horizon episodes then PBS redubbed the narrator with an american accent and added token diversity characters as talking heads. In can be very enlightening to compare the original BBC horizon episodes of something like the Planets series with brian cox to the PBS version of the same show.
