He did literally everything wrong, thought entirely with emotions, and felt that he should be treated like a Shah simply because he did his time, despite being a frequent violent retard.

Him, Blundetto and Feech are part of an extremely small number of the mobsters we see who don't rat on anyone, and they're all treated like shit because the guys who stayed out of prison (like Tony who passed out because he had an argument with his mom) wanted to keep all the shit they inherited from those guys to themselves
