"I'm almost ready" from my girlfriend means she's currently thinking about taking a shower, but will need at least another 15 minutes to find her hair oil, 35 minutes to wash her hair, 10 minutes to oil her damp hair, 10 minutes of drying as she looks for clips, 25 minutes of skin care, 10 minutes of makeup, 15 minutes getting dressed and 10 more minutes of looking for her shoes.
