1. You don't. Number one rule is to not ask out waitresses, cashiers, hair dressers, or any girl who is paid to be nice and can't leave their station. They do not like it because they feel trapped cannot leave.

2. If you've noticed she's cute then it's very likely a ton of other guys have asked her out or flirted with her too. You aren't special or unique.

3. If she hasn't shown any flirtatious interest in you, then don't push it and ask her out. Trust me, you would know if she's interested in you. It would not be a question.

4. If you ask her out and she says no, then things get awkward. Every time she sees you, she will think you are harassing her. So you can't go to that location anymore.
