Even Melfi is a bit debatable. She did the right thing in the end, but she continued to "treat" Tony out of her own curiosity despite being told that he's untreatable. Melfi was basically Tony's secret concierge because she was giving him solutions to his problems within the Mafia as I recall. Melfi would give him advice which he would go and apply in his trade, and when she stops, he gets killed
I wouldn't go as far as to call her bad though. She faltered and demonstrated that she wasn't entirely invulnerable to his influence.
