Nolan makes new things regularly. Cameron"s been staring at the same stupid blue jungle smurfs for over 25 years.

He's been ''preparing'' for more than a decade to make a film based on a Jap who got nuked in both hiroshima AND nagasaki and somehow survived. He even talked with him in person before he died.

It's really not surprising that a guy like that wouldn't be satisfied with Oppenheimer.
