That's a pipe dream. The factories are not going to be as advanced as the ones in Taiwan, plus those new factories are being filled with diversity quotas, resulting in incompetent staff. Again, the semi-conductors in Taiwan are around 20 years more advance than anything else in the world, and will always be 20 years more advanced for the rest of this century.
