Yeah, 3 or 4 years ago. Nobody likes Kpop anymore because besides being a trend they sold out to the western audience and it became generic slop that lost its charm.

-158 million views so far
- 4th most popular Netflix movie ever.
- 7th week in the global top 10 streaming list.
- 97% fresh score on RT
- “Golden” is #1 on Billboard Global 200 for third week, #1 Streaming Songs chart, #1 on UK Singles Chart, #1 Spotify daily chart, #1 Australia ARIA, and a David Guetta remix…

It’s the movie and songs of the summer. A 4 quad monster ... that also broke the Asian and international markets massively. At least for anyone that’s under 40 and not sitting in a basement obsessing about capeshit. The fact is no one in studios are talking about superman or f4 rn.

Fun fact: the KPDH budget was just $70m all in (including marketing). Netflix released Q2 earnings on Thursday, revenue was $11 billion, up 15.9% year over year.

Korea is the new America. They have high tech production. They don't deal with DEI so the girls are young, pale, and skinny with edgy pretty fashion. The music gets better every year. All because America got snobby and decided to hate boy bands and Britney.
