THREADLY REMINDER that Nu Trek is not Star Trek and is shit and gay and for retarded faggots
Oh, what's that? You're gonna seethe?
Gonna post a lil picture of a grandpa?
Gonna post some Nielsen ratings?
Gonna post a lil projector?
Gonna post that video of Shatner on SNL calling the fans geeks?
Gonna post the "fans hate TNG!" proto-clickbait article that was written before the show even entered production?
KWAB
Watched the Drumhead for the first time last night & it made it worth slogging through the absolute meh episodes TNG has compared to being good or bad. Liked that it was very similar to Measure of a Man but was more dramatic, less forgiving, of the Admiral & her horseshit attempts.

Seethe harder TNG cucks
>>213434443 (OP)Watched the Trekkies documentary. It was sad cringe. You can tell theyโre all brutally autistic because none of them are fazed by meeting Tasha. A normal Trektard would spill their spaghetti or try to act cool but these spergs just obliviously go on about their collections of slop merchandise and porn fanfic pursuits without any shame that a cast member of the show is barely stifling laughter at their lameness as they ramble on. Some of the people were okay though. Couple of proto-trannies as well.
I wonder what Trekkies 2025 would look like. I wonder how many of those people are now chuds. I wonder how they feel about NuTrek. I wonder how many are in this thread.
>>213434489I have a weird memory of them blasting him from space with phasers saying that he didn't deserve to suffer anymore.
>>213434532You mean on the Enterprise?
>>213434770Nah, they just left him there to think about what heโd done
>>213434755>why yes, I am a Star Trek fan, how could you tellSome of them are in the thread with us right now
>>213434755These documentaries just exist to treat autistic weirdos like a freakshow. I always found them kind of weird.
Focus on the millions of normal Star Trek fans?
Nah. Let's act like Spiner's crazy Jesuit-replacement stalker is the norm for Trek fans.
>>213434443 (OP)Still a better waifu than a Betazoid.
I like big freighters and I cannot lie

>>213435382Shatner's quote about not watching TNG was 100% real.
>>213435630ok he didn't watch tv in general, he didn't even watch his own shows
You can tell he's still mad about this.
>>213435161I threw a wish in the space
Don't ask me, I'll never trace
I looked to you in your face
And now you're in my place
I'd trade my soul for a freighter
Pennies and dimes for a date or
I wasn't looking for piss
But now you're peeing in my glass
Your stare was holdin'
Ripped genes, ass skin was showin'
Hot night, I was blowin'
Where you think you're going, baby
Why havent we seen Kevin Nash lately
I know this sounds crazy
My dad drove freighter
>>213435656Exactly, this isn't some big gotcha. Denzel Washington makes some of the best films in the world that he refuses to watch because he's a boomer that likes watching NCIS in his recliner as well & that doesn't diminish anything he has done.
>>213435989Patrick Stewart is a complete retard and fancies himself an action hero even as a withered old man but that doesn't mean the character Picard sucks or TNG sucks or that he hates Star Trek or the fans.

If Rom gave all his money to the Fund for Bajoran Orphans, how did he have 5,000 bars of latinum to give Quark for his bar? Remember when 5 or 6 bars was an impressive sum? Taxation on Ferenginar.... RIP Ferenginar.
>>213436279Ahhh thank you. I knew something got shot up.
>>213436685moogi gave him some of her profits
>>213436685Ah, you've stumbled upon one of the deeper threads of DS9, my friend.
Did you ever wonder why Rom wanted to change Ferengi society so dramatically? Why he wanted to steer them away from free enterprise and towards a stronger central authority?
Why, because Rom is corrupt, of course. He's a true Ferengi, far more devious than Quark. Totally unassuming and insidious, Rom is DS9's Emperor Palpatine like figure. He works from the shadows, always underestimated. Only the Grand Nagus recognized him for what he was, one genius to another, and that no one else could be worthy of being his successor.
Rom plays a deeper game.
How did he get those 5,000 bars, you ask? Why, through corruption, of course! And nobody had a clue, not even his own family.
>>213436788Damn you guys just have an answer for everything. Lol.
Bidenfags vote against their own economic interests
>>213436865>Did you ever wonder why Rom wanted to change Ferengi society so dramatically? He didn't. It was Zek. Tired of this shit.
What's your favorite midnight snack, /trek/?
>>213435436Thanks for the input, but I think you can do better
>>213436865I mean he did try to straight up murder Quark in season 1. And remember the Nagus's advice to his son, which I am sure Rom heard as well, "You don't seize power all at once. You acquire it slowly over several years without anyone noticing." Rom even encourage "Moogie" to be the deviant that she is because he knew it would corrupt the Nagus. Maybe he even blackmailed him over Quark's female waiter dressing as a male.
Thanks for your input. I won't underestimate Rom anymore.
>>213436899?
But they literally don't?
?
>>213436962I just like to think that he led Ferenginar into a "late stage cronie capitalism" hellscape a la the CCCP or something.
>>213436899You're off the train, Sleepy Joe, Kamala was the candidate through no nefarious means whatsoever. Just so happened she got to skip the primaries whoopsiedaisy. So it's really Harrisfags voting against their economic interests.
>>213437001You're on to something and it's just interesting enough to be true. He nearly got Quark killed a second time with his stupid "Let's unionize" episode. He truly was ruining his brothers reputation at every possible opportunity. 5,000 bars of latinum was just a payola after the fact that Quark was too stupid to understand why he was receiving. Even stupid Nog who joined Starfleet so he "wouldn't be like his father." How did that work out Nog? I like your theory anon.
>>213437001>>213437097After all, who gets richer than corrupt businessmen? They get to rig the system, hold all the guns, and tax their competitors who don't stand a chance. I'd like to think Leeta was in on it but she was really just arm candy like the old Mafia Don from the casino heist episode.
>>213437022>Just so happened she got to skip the primaries whoopsiedaisy. Lol, and didn't she lose the primaries in the election just before that one too?
>>213436685Bricks, bricks are impressive you are literally allowing yourself to be gaslit by quark into thinking bars are. Goddammit Rom you really are stupid
>>213434770IICR, they couldn't destroy him. He couldn't move on his own either, so they set up a warning beacon for the planet so nobody would get there again. He can't die and he can't leave.
>>213436934Maybe he can but nutrek sure can't
>>213437210The Brick amount wasn't even introduced until like season 6 or something. Before that it was slips, strips, and bars. Then they introduced bricks in the Morn episode. 5,000 bars was always implied to be a huge sum in early seasons. But whatever. Fine. Underestimate Rom and before you know it you'll be wearing concrete goloshes at the bottom of the Ferengi Hudson River.
>>213437244What a cruel fate. Just one of the reasons I have a theory that the corrupt TNG crew were actually some kind of mirror universe semi-evil people. We know from Lower Decks and Parallels that there exist a wide spectrum of universes of varying degrees of evil. Some civilization decides to create this being who's existence is constant suffering and pain and the Enterprise just says, "Fuck it, we out."
>>213437097>>213437145It tracks. Zek knows Quark is too much of a petty crook to be Grand Nagus. Only Rom understands how the state might be subverted for untold profits. The first thing he did was probably start running up the national debt.
Nu-Trek with cpt Hairgel sucks pretty bad.
>>213437291Not was much much earlier, the weapons dealer episode for instance is in season 5 the morn episode, it revolves around 500 bricks
>>2134372911000 bricks for morn my bad, idk what your point is in saying "well bricks were mentioned late then bars" so?
>>213437350>We know from nutrek those ""writers"" are hateful pieces of shit and nothing they say is relevant to star trekFtfy
>>213437350Could you maybe fuck off and never post again? No-one wants to hear about your nutrek hateful fanfiction
>>213437447nigga looks like a buff gavin newsome
>>213437631Nah I'm gonna stick around faggot. I mentioned Loser Dicks sarcastically, but Parallels DOES show a possibly different set of universes out there. It's just a feeling I get. Like Spock wouldn't have been cool with just leaving it there, neither would Bones or Kirk. It didn't even choose to exist, and some civilization who created it are out there existing without any hatred or bad emotions whatsoever. But they shit out this consciousness and instead of really trying to solve the situation, the Enterprise just decided to leave it there to suffer in solitary confinement for literal years. It's cruel and unusual punishment, at the very least. Execution would've been merciful.
>>213437849What a pathetic existence you really are a bitter hateful mockery of life, sucks to be you I guess. How very sad.
>>213437890All this because I think maybe the TNG crew was less enlightened than the TOS crew? You're a strange bird. My theory is you're doing a bad job of shitposting and you're probably the nuTrek tranny so I'm not gonna be replying to you anymore! Enjoy your enlightened crew subjecting a sentient being to infinite solitary confinement without question.
>>213437956I'm not shit posting but you are, nutrek isn't star trek no-one gives a single solitary fuck what it did or didn't do. If you want to be taken seriously then stop referencing hateful shitty cancerous cartoons.
>>213434443 (OP)I look like this
>>213438022Lol you're retarded. I'm talking about the episode from OP. I mentioned the cartoon as supporting evidence for Star Trek's embrace of multiverse theory as introduced in the TNG episode Parallels.
>>213438063>As supporting evidence You just don't get it do you? Mention those abominations and you will be either ignored or mocked it's that simple nothing you posted matters because you referenced retard fake trek, do you get it now?
>>213438150Lol I've seen plenty of civil discussions which include nuTrek. You're just completely deranged. My central point is that the TNG crew is less enlightened than the TOS crew and you don't seem like someone who would hack it for a single episode of TOS. You're extremely emotional. Clearly the only solution is solitary confinement. Bye bye forever!
>>213438229So sayeth Armus, so say we all!
>>213438195You are a pathetic parasite desperately trying to keep a horrific abomination alive and I will have no part of it. You are delusional if you think anyone here would entertain your vile shit. DIE
>>213438229NUTREK APOLOGISTS CAN FUCK OFF AS WELL FUCK YOU YOU FUCKING NUTREK TRANNY
Why did nobody tell me that Lower Decks is actually good?
After discovery, picard and that weird animated Janeway show, I was pretty sure that nothing good was going to come out of modern Trek.
But Lower Decks was everything I wanted out of Star Trek in one neat little package. My main complaint is just that the episodes were typical cartoon length rather then a typical Trek episode length.
I cannot believe that they canceled it. The best thing to come out of the franchise since DS9 and they cancelled it in favor of more modern Trek action/violence slop.
I wanted so much more Tendi.
>>213435793Not funny
Didn't laugh
>>213436865You also forget, he endorsed the Ferengi equivalent of a Senate!
>>213438354Do you even realise how obvious you are? You are nothing but a shitstain who spams these threads with your bile why do you think it isn't clear as day what your trying to do? You aren't just delusional spastic, your a moron
>>213438354You should watch Strange New Worlds. It's more Trekkish than action sloppish.
>>213434489Several times they used the Enterprise to "drill" into a planet, they could've drilled a hole next to his little pool and let him drain into the mantle.
>>213438472Is paramount paying you in twinkys?
>>213438447I have not posted here in like a decade. Lower Decks just got me back into Trek so I decided to post here.
>>213438472I watched a trailer back when it first came out.
Seemed like discovery slop mixed with nostalgia slop.
Lower Decks is what I want out of modern Trek. Not whatever SNW is.
>>213438483What difference though? Instead of sitting as a pool of pure evil on the surface heโd just be an underground pool of pure evil. Personally I think they shouldโve captured him in a bucket of some kind and subjected him to an eternity of Christmas carols or something. Theyโre smart space guys, they know things
>>213438483This would've been the humane thing to do.
>>213434489If Picard wants to keep the Crystalline Entity alive, to rampage and massacre whole planets; do you really think Armus is worthy of death?
>>213438575>I have not posted here in a decadeMake it another decade you lying slimy little shit Fuck off
>>213438591The crystalline entity evolved and was just doing its thing. Armus was created and deserved to die.
>>213438575SNW is doing its own thing, it's not entirely nostalgia slop and as someone who's seen all of Discovery, it's better than Discovery. It takes some time to find it's footing but it finds it's own room to do Trek things. There's actual things that make me smile, which is very unusual. But I guess if LD and DS9 is more your speed you might not like the sincerity of SNW.
>>213438591>plays loud music at you How do you respond without shattering into a million pieces?
>>213438424Augustus Caesar is the greatest autocrat in human history and he used the Senate to validate his power.
>>213436923Leola root stew.
There has been a targeted effort to get people to call it Discovery or DISCO instead of STD and I nootice it.
>>213438715>ushers the empire into a golden age >aaaargggghhh autocrats suck, I hate them so much Freighter
Pretty funny considering what they ended up with
>>213438736It's been going on since it started, it was so fucking awful we all started calling it the name it deserves. Paramount literally had a massive paid campaign to try and change it. They failed of course because the show was so so awful. As is everything else they've done, anyway it's all cancelled now so the dark times are almost over.
>>213438786>we have a black garbage bag and some used motor oil
>>213438786>>213438805The design they ended up going with still scared me as a kid so I guess it was effective
>>213438833Me too. The voice sells it
>>213438786These are nice designs but it would be impossible to put them into reality. How would you shoot it on a soundstage?
>>213438794But most anons here on the 'chan called it STD until after it was canceled when suddenly it was "DISCO" again.
>>213438715Augustus was a turbo autist who had to write notes to himself on how to talk to his wife. It would be like Broccoli or Geodi becoming President of the Federation.
>>213438805>The goo was made from Metamucil and black printers' ink>no oxygen tank was provided to McChesney, the scenes of Armus submerging and rising from the pit of black goo were timed with a stopwatch. >the body portion of the costume disintegrated during filming, after reacting with the goo, each day of shooting>Michael Westmore has been unable to find an explanation for the disintegrations, as the goo was supposed to be inert. Sounds like a nightmare worse than the episode
>>213438938Didn't the actor die of every cancer a few years later too?
>>213438885Make a model and use forces perspective?
I haven't seen the episode in forever so I don't remember if they double axe punch him
>>213438907Nope you are wrong the nutrek shills kept trying to call it that during its run for years and still do, it's always std but as always you can identify a shill since they have a studio mandate to not call that shit STD. You have to remember these dark days have been going on for ten years now

TNG episodes that gave me the creeps when I was watching reruns at 4 years old
>Skin of Evil (Armus)
>Conspiracy (exploding head)
>Where Silence Has Lease (Nagilum)
>The Best of Both Worlds (mostly the sense of dread when Picard gets Borg'd)
>The Host (whenever it shows the slug squirming around in the guy's gut)
>Conundrum (when MacDuff is revealed to be a skeleton monster)
>Phantasms (the Troi cake in particular)
>>213434533nope just riker manifesting his best self
>>213439450The weird thing is I watch it now and it's not funny, it's just generic action shlock nonsense and not a good movie but wow, that one night it all made perfect sense. It was about light humor vs dark humor and each was funny in its own way but it taught me that light humor is in the end much stronger.
>>213439477>hold very still. Iโm here to help

Well I did it I made it to the DS9 finale again. Oh wow Keiko is in the episode. I wasn't sure Rosalind Chao was gonna be in any more episodes. Forgot she was in it. If you look it up she wasn't actually in that many episodes.
>>213439599Jake is back after like a 10 episode absence or something. Cushiest. Series regular. Ever. And he gets residuals! Luckiest actor ever on Trek.
>>213439587I don't really remember seeing Schisms until years later. I do find it creepy up until the aliens are revealed which kind of ruins it.
>>213437350Nope. Armus was pure evil. They didn't have to kill him, but they couldn't coexist with him.
>>213439587Itโd have to be some sort of space bucket with force fields and things, and happy, happy music on an infinite loop. They could figure that out. What could possibly go wrong?

I love star trek! Well, I mean, I dont like the original series, or the newer stuff. I love Star Trek TNG and a little of Star Trek Enterprise.
But not all TNG seasons. Actually, not much before season 3. And not much after season 5 either.
And of Enterprise, only a few episodes too.
Yep. Big star trek fan here

>>213439828watching that documentary was so offputting you can really pick up on the Dukat butthurt. the way they specifically point out that Dukat isn't the favorite Cardassian anymore like he was back in the day and instead it's Garak (who they mention along with the gay ship with Bashir - something that wasn't even in the fucking show - an extremely disproportionate amount of times) and then the deceptive editing to make it look like Nana Visitor hates Marc Alaimo

Ask me anything about early early early Star Trek history though and weโll see if I can answer those questions now.
Will they ever give it to us straight what happened to Cardassia after DS9? I don't care about the Borg being real-really killed for realsies when we all know another writer will revive them from a random drone/time-travel/convergent evolution/mirror universe incursion

Also, I donโt know how the Cardassians-Romulans-Klingons are meant to populate their empires. We donโt really see any other species under their control so you can presume they are homogeneous. There would need to be >100 billion Klingons if theyโre competing with the Federation. Romulans could probably get away with 40 billion or so.

Generally it seems there is a shift, in the earlier seasons they treat the holodeck like a miracle. And later on, a cheap facsimile not to be taken seriously
Jake Sisko hatred is a racist dog whistle.
>>213442900Cirroc Lofton said niggers on-air in FBTS
>>213442900I really don't get how someone can hate him. like yeah he's not anyone's favorite character but he as worst inoffensive or a little boring.
I like Jake, he is a glimpse of rare civilian life in star trek
great Jake episodes are the baseball card one, the one where he's in a war hospital, and the Valiant
>>213443171Is the war hospital one the one where he abandons Bashir to die in a battlefield?
>>213442861You could stop being a bitch and join the watchalong at 8/7c
>>213443171>war hospital, and the ValiantJake actually learned from his experiences and realized war was retarded and Starfleet was retarded. Nog was so invested in joining he blindly followed orders and then sperged out when he got treated as the expendable cannon fodder he signed up to be.
I don't know how to get it published but, as a huge fan of DS9, I am creating a comic book comeback of the "Sisko" and I would love some advice.
>>213443413Make him white and give him a full head of hair

when is the liquidation sale going to start? someone should buy trek, lease it to netflix and use the revenue to fund a new proper trek series.
>>213443413What's the basic plot? Wormhole barfing Sisko into the 25th century a-la Scotty in Relics? How much does he know happened between now and then?

>>213443171Valiant was one of the best episodes of DS9. One of the best Star Trek episodes overall really.
And it was in-spite of Jake and Nog, not because of them.
>>213443575You know you can watch everything ever made for free on random streaming sites right? R..right?
>>213443411>Nog was so invested in joining he blindly followed orders and then sperged out when he got treated as the expendable cannon fodder he signed up to be.it really made me think about how irresponsible it is to have kids that young in Starfleet like, at the end of the day, any kind of military organization instills in you a cultlike mentality. i don't care how good or benign the organization may be, that's just the fact of the matter of how those things work. I really think like, 15-17 year olds are too impressionable to be exposed to that shit because it's too easy for exactly what happened in that episode to happen. like what did you think telling a bunch of overachieving teenager's they're gods gift and putting them into a military was gonna do? they basically made Hitler youth.
>Bashir was willing to betray the Federation and surrender to the Dominion based on some algorithms
Wasn't this a tad racist to have the only Indian crewman willing to surrender so easily?

Jake was the only one with his head on straight on that entire fucking ship.
>>213444251that sounds stupid. you can't give your main character Starfleet captain a son and then just get rid of him.
>>213444360It wasn't Nog who was holding on at the end, it was the chick
JAKE: Are you okay?
NOG: Yeah. You going to write a story about all this?
JAKE: Probably.
NOG: What are you going to say?
JAKE: What do you think I should say?
NOG: That it was a good ship with a good crew that made a mistake. We let ourselves blindly follow Captain Watters and he led us over a cliff.
COLLINS: That's not true. Captain Watters was a great man.
JAKE: Dorian, he got everyone killed.
COLLINS: If he failed it's because we failed him.
NOG: Put that in your story too. Let people read it and decide for themselves.
(Nog goes over to Collins and gives her his Red Squad pin.)
NOG: He may have been a hero. He may even have been a great man. But in the end he was a bad captain.
>>213444474If they wanted to they couldโve easily written him out somehow. They sent W*sley to the academy, Jadzia got a fireball to the knee, Kes just sort of disappeared only to reappear briefly to take a final shit on her character at the behest of the producers. These things happen.
>>213444360What made the episode interesting was seeing starfleet officers (cadets that had been battlefield commissioned admittedly), in over their heads, succumbing to cult like thinking and the big act 3 technobabble plan not working for once.
Not only was it a stand out episode, but some of the elements in it really highlighted things that voyager was missing.
Strong concept, strong script and strong guest actors (especially Farris).
Jake and Nog were entirely superfluous at best and an unwelcome distraction at worst. I think in an ideal world it would not even have included any of the regular cast and would have just been its own contained little dominion war tragedy episode.
>>213444349>invent the blight to curse an entire planet forever because they didnt submit to the dominion>get blighted by S31 to end the war you startedif nothing else turnabout is fair play. fuck the dominion. fuck the founders. fuck odo. ds9 sucsk

>>213444679terribly* underrated

>>213444606I expect that weโre just going to have to agree to disagree but Iโm just going to throw this out there: we donโt really know how the link works. Itโs not some sort of imposed collective consciousness like the borg, where individuals like 7 can be absolved for whatever crimes committed because they werenโt in control, but seems like more of a gestalt or consensus sort of thing. We donโt know if there were dissenters among the Founders who simply agreed to abide by the consensus because thatโs how it works. To say that theyโre all combatants is not justified and does not justify trying to nuke an entire species of sentients. Itโs not the federation way โฆ or is it?
>>213444971that's my point. it was not a "good crew." it was a bunch of cultists incapable of free and rational thought.
>>213444975You have to let them loose or kill them around the age of one or they will destroy all your shit no matter how well you treat them. There is a reason they have never been domesticated
>>213444958Good points all around. I'm just more sperging at the moment about the way the final episode is edited. It seems like Kai Winn and Dukat go to the cave before they even go to Cardassia, then they're just down there for them signing peace agreements, going to Vic's that night. How much time has passed??? Then Sisko is just there like immediately after Dukat gets possessed. It is fun to see arrogant Dukat in Cardassian makeup one last time. I don't care if he got burnt up in a fire.
>>213444975Do people hunt raccoons? I guess I don't know what people hunt I'm not a hunting type person. My uncles had a pet raccoon when they were younger apparently. It's just Martok mentions his pet targ, then mentions going targ hunting with Worf. Like I said I'm not into hunting so I could be way off. I have seen people on YouTube with like wolfs as pets so I guess that's similar.

>>213445069People used to hunt them though it's rare these days.
>>213445069or it could be like pigs and wild pigs? i mean we literally have those. they're highly intelligent animals and can be domesticated or accustomed to be kept as pets but also there are wild variants that people hunt.
>>213445024Now Dukat has the Force. You are all right, the Pah Wraith finale was dumb as fuck.
>>213444616They were in their final year at the academy, seemingly a pretty elite squadron at the academy and were senior enough to go on a training cruise (on a brand new warship, during a war).
They were not commissioned officers, but they were clearly damn close to being commissioned officers.
The problem was more the cult of personality that formed around the captain, rather then anything about them as officers.
>>213444634I was getting more at running themes with Voyager.
The third act technobabble solution always works for voyager, the crew are always calm/in-control even when facing the fucking borg and the officers (including former members of a terrorist group and especially Janeway) always make the right calls.
Voyager could have been far better as a series if it leaned into some of these elements from Valiant.
>>213445122Raccoons remind me of little bears and they have trained them to ride motor scooters and everything.

>>213445132>they were clearly damn close to being commissioned officers.they weren't. i don't care how many years they were in starfleet they were a bad fucking batch. the "captain" decided to forego common sense and protocol because he wanted glory. if they had lived all of them would have been fucking kicked out of starfleet and they would have probably fired whoever had the idea for "RED SQUAD" in the first place since all it did was cultivate egomaniacs who got themselves kids.

>if they had lived all of them would have been fucking kicked out of starfleetEven if the federation were not getting its ass kicked in a war at the time, I highly doubt it.
The fact that the federation was currently losing a war I think suggests that they would have been given their ensign pip without further questions, with the details of what happened on the ship classified and buried.

SPEAKING OF PIGS
I found it highly immersion breaking when Shran referred to Tellarites as
>swine
and
>pigs
First of all. That is human terminology for Earth creatures. I know that Andorians have generally, been on Earth at the embassies and what not but I do not buy that some guard captain (or is his rank just technically commander despite being in command of a ship for 12 years?) knows what an Earth pig is and that they wouldn't have their own Andorian slur already to use for Tellarites. Enterprise is SLOPPY.
>>213445475Anon, this is an image board. When you post an image, sometimes people like and save and reuse it.

>>213445488It seems pretty clear that in the ST universe convergent evolution is a common thing. 99.9% of sentients look humans, or humans with spots, or humans with weird shit glued to their heads. >>213446418rats have the same articulation and greater dexterity than a racoon, are easier to train by far and actually possible to keep long term as a pet. I sound like a psycho? You sound like little girls.
>>213446421I am 50, own and work 100 acres and welcome anyone that wants to get fucked up to try me and see.
>>213446137Good luck, from what I recall very few shots ever show that area of carpet since there's no turbolift on that side of the bridge, and the wooden arch supporting Worf's console kinda blocks out the area. They also might've avoided showing that spot knowing there was a stain there.
>>213446484a old man is threating us on the internet anons. we should just humble ourselves and be quiet.
>>213446484Nta but I often like to visualize what a really really sharp sword does to a man with muscles. Expertly wielded of course, it would turn even Arnold Schwarzenegger into half a man with ease.
>Inb4 try it against my shotgun. Not my point, just, when I see antagonists and bullies and "tough guys" I think of how easily a single sword strike would finish them off. Kind of has a certain poetry to it. Like a sail using an angry wind to it's own advantage. That's all raccoon-killer.
>>213446549You should know I know when you are full of shit and running your mouth, and maybe try and cut back on it I do not mind out fighting you as it will only make your punk ass a better poster either way it goes.
>>213446567guns are for cowards and an edged weapon is as only as strong and percise as the hand that holds it. You do not worry me.
>>213446276Why do you keep saying coons are rodents? They're literally not.
>>213446294That could simply mean that he lived at a high or low latitude, like how it is in the scandies, or that adolescents simply aren't allowed above the surface because it'd be dangerous otherwise, or maybe it's a rite of passage, or shit, it could even be that they had an historic blizzard. Use your imagination, the whole thing fiction is meant to stimulate.
>>213446608I'm a pacifist, virtually a monk. Not trying to threaten. I just dislike bullies is all. And sometimes my mind goes to weird places when confronted with negative energy. Don't blame me, blame all the violence on TV. The Red Wedding seriously traumatized me.
>>213446631fine... they are technically procyonids, but also in the same phylum as rodents, just not the same genus.... mr technicallity
>>213445912That the Ferengi are basically just big-eared normies is kind of the the point, and DS9 is all about challenging the idea that you need to be some kind of "more evolved" skinwalker in order to meaningfully interact with the Federation's society like TNG S1 postulated.
>>213446458>rats have the same articulation and greater dexterity than a racoonThey don't because they don't have thumbs, and they're much smaller. They also sell rats as pets, so go figure. I don't know what point you're trying to make here.
>I sound like a psycho? You sound like little girls.Holy shit your reading comprehension is so bad.
>>213446647Who did I bully or threaten you thin skinned twit?
>>213446707Hmm I hadn't considered that. I don't know. It's just a passing emotional response. I see Nog dressed as a Federation person and not pursuing profit and it just makes me sad. Then again Quark is my favorite character. So I see Nog the way he does.
>>213446721I have taught English. Your writing is dogshit.
>>213446737You're just being kind of negative is all. I don't come to /trek/ to think about drowned raccoons. I'm perfectly aware of the """"real"""" """"world"""" you speak of, but it's not like I need to stay there. Escapism exists for a reason. Even Amish have books. You're just ruining the vibe. I was wondering about fictional Targ hunting and you mentioned how you drown animals. Not hunting related. Then you're just being a drunken boor. So it triggers me and I imagine a fictional UFC tough guy fighter getting immediately wrecked by a samurai. It provides a kind of balance to my mind. Also fucking Marvel's Agents of Shield on ABC fucking chopped a girls hands off once. TV isn't what it was back when I liked it. I just like tv. I like Trek. I don't like thinking about dead raccoons on the TV forum. This isn't the farming forum.
>>213446896There was an asshole that has some wild raccoons vaguly around his property that was speaking as if they were trained pets. THAT IS A VERY STUPID IDEA. It escallated from there and insults went in both directions. I enjoy debate and fighting. You don't. I am not here for your entertainment, but mine.
>>213446896I do no drink and you do not have any triggers in you son. Grow the fuck up.
>>213446581anon is a dumb fucking faggot and he dosen't even know it.
>>213446766That's even more embarrassing then, considering the amount of spellings mistakes you've made and the fact that your reading comp is dogshit
>>213447073Wanna do my math homework next dork, or hop right on painting my fence? I have 50 year old eyes and none of you are worth editing for.
>>213447068you are some young cunt that has never done anything and would barely speak in my company.
>>213447101I think you do drink, or are otherwise cognitively impaired, considering you have the temperament of a teenager. The computer even does 99% of the editing for you, all you'd have to do is rightclick the misspelled words with the red squiggly under them to not sound like a complete jackass. You could've also told that anon something like, "Wow anon, that's cool that you have nice raccoons, it has not been my experience that they are that well behaved", instead of being an abrasive dickhead this entire time
You spell checking faggots that think it somehow elevates your argument or weakens mine... or worse, the idiots that think others can "trigger" their feelings and affect their actions are pathetic. You are responsible for only your own thoughts and actions, yet somehow you kids do not know that.
>>213447216You assume a lot. My setup is UNIX, and I have used computers since they had tubes in them. You are arrogant and uninformed. I do not drink, but I do work very long days in the sun.
>>213447259One doesn't need to assume with you, only observe the way you act
>>213447259>You are arrogant and uninformedoh the ironing
>>213447334Back at you. I have your number, and it is low. I am clearly here to argue.
>>213447363ever read O' Henry? You do not even use the term irony correctly.
>>213447366Whatever makes you feel better man
>>213447400Feelings? I feel disgust dealing with anyone under 30, and I used to teach you little pricks. Still do in my way.
