No. It only works because you as the player character get frustrated by dying so much that you improve your play. No one is getting frustrated watching someone die a ton
Demon's souls would be better
>weird feudal kingdom situation
>one day suddenly fog and demons everywhere
>heroes arise to save kingdom
>throw in a cute girly princess and a fiesty peasant girl
>best bro supporting character rough around the edges likes to drink maybe has a beer belly basically just brian blessed really
