There is a pretty decent theater I can drive to that is in a poor sparsely populated area so the theaters even for a super successful movie like Endgame or Avatar 2 are never filled even on the opening weekend, it is nice.
I went on Superman's 2nd Tuesday and the theater was actually a quarter filled which was more than I expected at that time
