All the main characters in season 2 look exactly the same except for Pugsley, and he looks good too.
Jenna looks exactly the same in the show as in season 1.
I've only seen S02E01 so far, and after sleeping on it I've decided it was kino. It has the perfect back to school vibes and all the main characters hanging around in the school like Morticia makes it feel extra comfy.
The dorms, the Caliban RA telling spooky stories, it's super comfy. It has a lot of good worldbuilding and settling in vibes to go with it. I think along with S01 it's already btfo Harry Potter (the movie series). Can't wait to watch rest of the season tonight.

Wednesday is some of Burton's best work dude. And this is coming from someone who loves Big Fish the most out of all his work. Burton's material didn't change, you just grew older. He has always cstered to the teenage girl demo.

I originally thought an October release date would be better but no, this is the perfect release window. Summer release means kids are out of school and can enjoy it and the vibes prepare them for their own back to school in September. They picked the first Wednesdays of August and September which is cute. I prefer them releasing Halloween material early so you can still enjoy it during October, first season was released in November after Halloween already ended. They probably did some calculations and know people get hyped for Halloween stuff the most in the months leading to October rather than right on Halloween (something Steam needs to learn with its Halloween sale)
