South Park made fun of trump multiple times and it wasn't funny but the reason why the new one is funny is because it's actually making trump and white house seethe hard

Because Biden's simply not funny. That's both a benefit and a detriment to a political career.
Still to this day, the only time they've ever depicted Biden in any South Park episode is all the way back in 08 in the ep where Obama and McCain were working together to steal a diamond and Palin's revealed to be a mastermind genius behind it all. Biden's also there, but he's basically just standing on the stage when Obama gives his speech and doesn't have any lines himself

Funny enough they clearly had a Kamala character in one of the latest episodes I assume that they quickly had to change her from being "the president" to "the secretary of defense" after she lost.
