Probably due to the fact that, contrary to popular-belief among the stupid & naive, there was never some certifiable list of individuals with their corresponding crime and corresponding receipts for those crimes of child-rape that they purchased from the Child-Rape Store(TM).
It's instead most likely a list of implicated individuals but with widely varying degrees of actual corroborating evidence present and with many of them not even necessarily being implicated for anything illegal let alone anything morbidly sinister.
Releasing a public statement that "all the people on this list are child-rapists!" without every last one of them having certifiable proof that that is true is not only incredibly foolish in terms of legal responsibility and an invitation to have the shit sued out of you, but is also incredibly immoral & irresponsible in general. Therefore whatever "list" actually exists is likely tied up in actual attempts at investigating and legal minutiae, where it will remain until something both substantial AND backed by iron-clad proof can be released.
