Do census takers really test people in the USA? In my cunt they just leave it in the mailbox and pick it up the next day/next couple days. You don't even see them, unless you happen to be going in or out your front door whilst they're passing, and even then they biggest conversation you have is "hello, census time again, hey?"

There's a reason why "Black Meccas" exist. NYC, Atlanta, DC, Houston. Black people are a large minority in some large cities but not in smaller cities like Boston, Providence, Burlington, Columbus.
