There is no such thing as "the fast lane" on any highway. There are travel lanes and passing lanes, that's it. The left lane on a limited access highway is a passing lane: you enter it when you're moving quicker than right lane traffic, and you move back as far right as possible when you've overtaken the slower vehicles.

Nobody said anything about driving almost double the legal speed limit anywhere in the USA.
If the speed limit is 70, and the minimum is 55, and you're going 65, get out of the left lane unless you're specifically passing someone moving slower (i.e. an entering sem). If you're going 130, you can and should be pulled over and removed from the road. But if I want to move 75, which is speeding but not egregiously so, I am allowed to move right to get around you and other slow fucks, as long as I don't then camp.
Your place on the road is not police man, traffic enforcer, or any other pathetic power fantasy. Am I the only person who doesn't really have much trouble with other drivers? I drive somewhat fast but not recklessly so, probably in like the top 20th percentile of speed, and generally nobody ever gets upset when I pass them, nor do I have a problem moving over for people who try to pass me. I can't remember the last time I've had any sort of road rage. It's shocking to see so many people on the internet act like they'd intentionally cause an accident to prevent from being passed, although I suspect a lot of you are just joking

Driving below the speed limit in normal traffic for a significant amount of time should be just as much of a punishable offence as driving over the speed limit. It's not like you can't tell if someone is speeding recklessly purely by the context of the situation relative to the rest of traffic.
