Everyone did. It was good while it aired and with time we appreciated it more, it's great. It's on par with TNG/DS9/VOY,

The spheres episodes after the attack on Earth were fantastic

Lol no. It started with bad blood between the producers and fans regarding the lazy Akiraprise design. It seemed that the designer had a thing for the TNG Akira and copy pasted it for the Enterprise. When called out, he went very defensive and brought up WWII fighter designs etc. Then they used a gay cowboy theme music that's not even an original song. Enterprise was stillborn and never had a chance.

Better than Voyager, more consistent than TNG. Enterprise is now vital to the identity of Star Trek, real Star Trek. It helps complete it. I remember disliking the theme song, but then every weekend when it was syndicated to my local channel, I'd tune in, and slowly and surely I came to embrace the song. Little bit of trivia, the time travel villain, the earliest big bad villain it had as I recall, was going to be some version of Captain Archer who'd been morally corrupted. I wish the series had continued long enough to deal with that.

Nice shiny chrome look. And not only that but they might've updated the interiors a bit. Drawing it little closer to TOS. Just bringing in a lot of intense colored lighting would do a lot. A quality we never saw repeated past TOS.

It was dog shit bad.
Archer was an actual retard who had his ship stolen 1/4 the episodes or his crew and him kidnapped 1/3 the episode
It got so desperate it tried to serialize an entire season
Then realized no one liked it
And went back to 2 and there parters

The crew was fucking boring. Travis... Drove a freighter. The British gay was gay and that's how the actor played it but they never got to open the closet and t pol couldn't act.

It was dog shit bad. Treks usually take 2 or 3 years to get good. It never did. It had such good feelings built towards it from ds9,voy and sng and it burned it all down
None of it even made sense like the sizes of the rooms made no sense given the size of the ship itself

It was mainly empty unless they reconned it. You could put everyone in a small auditorium on the ship and the ship was massive

So bad actors, bad characters, nonsensical setting, annoying bad guys and retarded plotlines

No it was dog shit. Go back to your containment gen and rant about any new media and act like a little bitch already. A couple of you are miserable pricks who need to consider suicide

Back to your gen now

Voyager is better though you are largely correct. Unfortunately, the entire series was revealed to be a mere Riker holodeck program. So it actually is essentially a very long episode of TNG. With all the sex stuff added because Riker

The studio to use the Daedalus design but the executives wanted something more recognizable so they based it off the Akira cause they liked that design.

There were plans for the Daedalus to start showing up as the standard Starfleet "long range" design from S5+ as a cheaper replacement to the NX classes.

I just couldnt watch a series with that ship every week. I dont hate it, it looks like a ship that would be made in that era, and Im sure Matt Jefferies probably sketched it out when he was working on designing the Enterprise for TOS, but its just not a thrilling design.

I've seen a number of pre-TOS ship designs that I like better than what they went with but I think the Daedalus at least in that form is rather boring. But I've seen some fan designs that really spiffy up the Daedalus while keeping it basically the same.

I like the design but it's glorified fanfic
it was commissioned for a fucking calendar. they got the original designer back to make it so it looks authentic but there were zero plans to ever do this when the show was airing, that was a story made up by the designer after the fact
they already slashed season 4's budget, do you really think they'd give them more money in season 5 to build a new engineering set and new production assets of the Enterprise?

>You will never watch season 5 of Enterprise
>Manny Coto wanted to make an episode dealing with the Fundamental Declarations of the Martian colonies. Described as a sort of Cuban Missile Crisis on Mars, with the comets used for terraforming the planet being aimed at Earth.
>Coto suggested that two story arcs of the season would have been to show "origins of the Federation" and "whispers of the Romulan war". Consequently, the Romulans would be the major villains of the season.
>Plans existed for an episode showing the construction of the first starbase, most likely in the Berengaria system.
>Writer/producer Mike Sussman hoped to have T'Pol finally meet her father, and reveal to the audience that he was in fact a Romulan agent who had posed as a Vulcan officer prior to faking his own death.
>More Mirror universe episodes
>Manny Coto has also said, had the series been given a fifth season, the recurring character of Shran may have joined the Enterprise as an "auxiliary or an advisor"

I always did, it has many flaws but it was still Star Trek in spirit despite all its foibles it had the same optimistic outlook for humanity and it got better as it went on but got cancelled just as it hit its stride which was a shame.
The closing music, archers theme should have been the main theme and while it grew on me the change in style/tempo was an admission that it was the wrong choice and they made it worse. But yes as other have said it's positively high brow kino compared to the nutrek horse shit.
