Gunn has laid it out pretty clearly.

Superman is the first movie in the DCU... but it starts with Creature Commandos... Also everything shown and said in Peacemaker season 2 referencing Peacemaker season 1 is canon... also The Suicide Squad is canon because that's the origin for this Peacemaker... and Blue Beetle is probably canon because his actor is also getting his own show at some point

You forgot to add The Flash, at some point it was part of the reboot but I think now it is not, Peacemaker plays the role of Deadpool for Gunn and connects both universes.
