No one would like Bobby in an actual kitchen. A 21 year old owner chef with no honest to god training or experience, just, as the kids would say, vibes. no grown mexican man or cook/chef with or without a chip on their shoulder would respect someone so young, with so little formal experience and/or training, basically handed the role. the whole thing comes off as if it was spit out by AI that doesn't know, doesn't care, or has a less than cursory understanding of koth. And, importantly, this shitty spit-up output was okayed by actual, living people (likely). Making him mid-20s, with many years of real world restaurant experience, would make this more believable for sure. AI, from watching the shitty Twitch AI Seinfeld years ago, constantly talked about "the new fusion restaurant", so that bobby has some fusion restaurant and narratively people like it (all of the food sounds repulsive) tells me all I really need to know about whether they used AI to write this script or not.
