Maybe check out nemesis. It's from 94 pr 95. It has several sequels including it's latest from 2017 which I have yet to watch. I prefer the original film compared to the sequels.

While it does have it's moments Cyberpunk 2077 is not an especially immersive game. Other games, like Deus Ex: Human Revolution, are much better in that regard.
