This is literally "from dusk till dawn" but dumbed down for niggers, and that's saying something. FDTD is a stupid fucking crazy vampire movie, but it works because it almost never takes itself seriously. Sinners isn't just a blatant rippoff, it takes itself 100% serious, which makes every attempt at humor fall flat at best.

the worst part is that this movie has everything it needs to be a good vampire flick, but wastes EVERY chance it has at building real tension or good action scenes. This should've been something like Assault on Precinct 13 but with vampires.
Really nice story. I enjoyed it and got the message out of it that I need to stop sinning if I want to see Jesus. I'm just immensely disappointed by the guitar player whose name I've forgotten not simply going back to church. He clung to that stupid guitar and then blazed a path of...becoming a local jazz "legend" by playing music in nightclubs. How many men and women performers can you name on one hand who uses an instrument that can sell out nightclubs and make consistent easy money? Not many I reckon. Boy chose fame and playing music for himself as opposed to playing songs that uplift others and praise Jesus. Sad thing. I think he recited the Lord's Prayer and that was what saved him in the end. But he couldn't realize that. By the end of the film he's close to death but essentially, to me, he chose the long game of just kicking the can down the road. He'll wind up exactly where Stack and his girlfriend are going. Because he never gave himself over to the God and made Jesus his Lord and Savior.
Good movie. Powerful message. But only Smoke got his Good End.

It's easily one of my favorites this year, I can't decide which horror movie this year I like the most actually. It's been a good year and I'm currently deciding which is the best. This one is edging to being the one I pick because of the soundtrack.

It's portrayed as being imposed on whites as well. Remmick says so at the end. I think the actual reason the prayer did not work is Remmick himself puts no stock in it, he does not respect it, and does not actually fear it.
