The show shat its own bed when it decided to delve into geopolitics. It was the funniest shit ever, that constantly undercut its muh oppression message.
The main antagonists were painted as sadistic exceptions, the system was portrayed as effective in the scenario that is similar to Children of Men, liberal countries were in such desperate state that they agreed to cooperate with the evil America.
