I liked People of Earth better. Tudyk is a national treasure, but he couldn't carry the whole show. Too many Bechdel-Test moments. Sometimes I like shows geared towards women, like The Gilded Age, but Resident Alien was geared towards the Quirk Chungus that are into astrology and Coast to Coast AM.

This show was meh. A lot of woke horse shit. Muslim girl boss is unintentionally hilarious because she would be less than cattle in most majority Muslim country but of course the show treats her like a genius who is perfect in every where.

Darcy is an unbelievable annoying cunt. They just completely ran out of ideas for her and she turned into her real life alcoholic mess who just sucked off comedians for her career. By the end of it, I was hoping she'd just get hit by a fucking train because I had enough of her woe is me I'm an alcoholic retarded fuck up every fucking episode.

It was funny to watch the cast first get fat and age dramatically from the vaxx and then they all started looking bizarre from Ozempic.

This show is completely fucking stupid and retarded. The first season was alright but then it just breaks down quickly since you have a room of woke writers who are struggling to push their two digit IQs. Why in the fuck did everyone in town become aware of aliens? It was a fairly good premise when only one or two people knew about Harry and aliens. But the whole town coming to know them was fucking stupid.

Why was that old cunt from Terminator in this?

The stories became progressively more and more completely retarded and stupid. The Alien Hunter becoming a cyborg? Some faggot grey alien going to Vegas? The whole thing was complete fucking shit. But if you're able to turn your brain off and accept this thing is nothing a vehicle for Tudyk's comedy then it's fine.

Sheriff Mike is one of the funniest characters ever and was a highlight on this show.

I don't know, I watched every episode because the girlfriend liked it and it led to blowjobs. But it was pretty awful. Compared to all the other unbelievably toxic and terrible garbage out there, this show wasn't as bad and had a few laughs. But it's just woke horse shit and a platform for the star to go balls deep into improv and alternative comedy land which in currently is just gay and annoying.

I watched a good bit of the show, S2 woke shit turned me off of it and I watched a few of S3 later, and then S4.
I looked up the actress, Alice Wetterlund, and she looked pretty good in her other films.
She look likes hammered dogshit in RA though.
I agree that Harry and Sheriff Mike carried this show hard.
I kept getting whiplash this last season. Established things that needed to happen in the plot were just skipped over and alluded to happening offscreen later was the worst offender. Followed closely by just random plot points that were just abandoned or took entirely too long to wrap up.

I have only watched-along until Locke got killed in that alien prison run by Sarah Connor, and I have to agree with most posts here.
There was a lot of potential in that show and I like Tudyk, but the writing was horrible.
All the women are infallible, even when they admit they did something bad, especially the muslim girl who always talks about how her "culture" is superior to the western, or when they let that one dude's car run down the road. Who cares if it could run over someone or cause a serious accident?
Also, that wage gap episode, holy shit, that was completely nonsensical even by the show's inner logic.

I was completely taken out of the premise when they went to a reservation in s01 or 02 and they were all natives except some random ginger girl who was unironically playing amongst them. IRL that little ginger would be getting bullied and beat up at that age group so hard for being there. This show fucking sucked so much dick. The writing was created by literal retards. The show kind of hangs together on the strength of the performances. But the writing was so incredibly fucking stupid that you really have no reason to watch it or try to stick with it.

The only thing this piece of shit had going for it is that it wasn't as bad as everything else. But this show is peak millennial writing where EVERYTHING is sacrificed for some politically correct joke that wasn't that funny.

I also hate how this show kept trying to force characters on you. Like the retarded Indian fat cousin woman who would always be the write in character insert whenever they needed some one who wasn't Asta or Darcy.

Now that I'm thinking about this stinker, I cannot emphasize enough just how fucking garbage and shit the writing was for this.

Also Sheriff Mike and Liv were perfect versions of Daffy Duck and Porky Pig. Then Liv went and Ozempic'd herself and her entertainment value went down by about 80%
