I thought so when I watched it in theaters at age 13 but I tried watching it a few years ago and it was very annoying, I had to shut it off.

The humor is a touch too crude, but I thought this was a pretty sincere film with a neat story.
You can tell Adam Sandler actually cared about it.

There's a really lovely and heartfelt message underneath all that excessively crude humor. I know that's Adam Sandler's whole bit, but I wish he had dialed it back just a little bit.
