The only collectibles that make sense to me are vintage video games, books, and vinyl records, because with those you actually take them off the wall and enjoy them. Fancy jewelry and clothes as well I guess. But all other collectibles you just buy and let collect dust. I used to be into collecting coins and precious metals, because i like bits of shiny metal with pretty art and the history of ancient coins. But eventually i realized i was paying all this money just to shove them in a hidden lock box.
