They (there were 2 of them) were perfect for secondaries, the best parts of the movie were the stakeout scenes with Mel and Vince, the calmness of it contrasted super well with the threat looming in the back of some ultracompetent psychos with no morals chasing after a bone, and it's an angle we don't get to see often, the midst of the watch, we usually get the beginning and end, no in between.
