And the woman playing Wednesday? I liked these alot and thought they were pretty funny. They came out a few years before Netflix announced the new series.

They're ok though I feel adult Wednesday would have an upgraded hairstyle and wardrobe.
Wednesday's wry jokes don't really work when an adult is telling them.
It only really works because she's a child playing against the whole Victorian upper class child stereotype who is meant to be seen and not heard and respectful of their elders.
You have to find a way to keep her simultaneously cool and transgressive as an adult. She'd probably wear something like a pitch-black trench or something more suitable of a lady of her standing, otherwise she just looks like the scullery maid.
