Honest answer? Aquaman was the ONLY Snyderverse film that felt like a fun comic book movie instead of some dour melodrama. Jason is loveable, the visuals are colorful, fall the underwater stuff looks cool and creative. It was just entertaining.

Bataman and Superman took such a dark and brooding turn that it drove people away. To this day you have people arguing about Snyder Superman in places like this.

A. Wan went against studio mandates and sent dailies to Sneeder, despise the fact the uppoer management prohibited them from even contacting snyder
B. Second movie while decent enough, there is a different third act that was shot with Baffleck and his aquatic armor fighting in the last battle. Was removed for a Keaton cameo. Then reshot again following some Gunn's notes
C. Ivan Drago said they shot a different movie and that was much better.
