ok so Beyond the Bar is still on-going.

I finished episode 4, that's the latest episode out. It's great, all the actors are great, but I liked it a lot more for episodes 1-2 when they were just attorneys, before the "tragedy and violence" arc that is an overused trope in kdrama.

A happy but fun drama without that trope would be top much to ask for in a kdrama. Still it's okay, I love how cute the FL is with the ML but I still sincerely wish they avoided the tragedy arc completely.

A solid 8.5/10 so far, would be higher without the above.
