Timothy Olyphant is awesome! Love him as an actor. Seen him in a lot. I like how Noah Hawley has incorporated the look of Aliens and Alien together. This is something that has been needing happen for awhile. Making a concerted effort to show the homage to Alien and Aliens was important. Noah has successfully done that here. I love the creature FX's. The xenomorph looks amazing here. I'm really grateful for this series and where things are heading.

Also, I like how there are competing corporations. Especially between Prodigy and Weyland-Yutani. Cool shit. I'm liking it so far.

There's a huge issue with this, which has already been explored in tons of cyborg fiction - a materialist theory of the mind proposes that a person's mind and personality is defined by the physical neuronal structure of their brain (and gut biome, but we won't get into that).
Which is to say, if this is doing some kind of quasi-scientific thing where they've managed to isolate what a human soul is and transfer that into a cyborg body, you could influence the personality of the person transferred into their body by the design of their artificial brain.
Like really easy to grasp one - remove the amygdala, or have no comparable neuronal structure, and your android would be unable to process fear or would experience it completely differently compared to how a human would experience it.
