Barring the jarring first scene where it just rolls by, I think this is the best the Xeno has ever looked. The movement is just superb, it looks like a real animal. Like when it claws at the black guy in the pod, pure primal rage, like it a lot. Some of the dialogue is genuinely terrible though, and the fade in of Sid made me laugh out loud. Overall, it's not perfect, but I like it, especially the corpo warfare aspect, it's something I've been wanting to see for ages.

The CGI looked terrible in Covenant and every other movie just has the Aliens crawl around slowly or descent from the ceiling, but this actually has it jump around and run and claw people, like it's supposed to. The Ayylium costume/animatronic looked prettier in Romulus, no question, but the way it moves in Earth is excellent.
