There's more than one factor in play in their decision-making. I never disputed that Hollywood is nepotistic, I said that talent is a factor. That does not mean that talent is the only factor.
Actors in movies aren't necessarily the most talented actors, but they do need to have some minimal level of talent to be believable/likeable on screen. If not, the whole movie could flop, and most producers won't risk tanking a movie just to give their nephew a leg-up.
Most rappers/athletes/models don't make it as actors; those who do have some skill. And even then, a lot of them don't have enough skill to really make it, and you know there are other factors being considered: maybe they have behind-the-scenes juice, maybe they're basically paying to play, or maybe the producers are counting on them bringing in their own fanbase (which a pornstar couldn't do).
