Was honestly surprised, but I think the pacing is off if they were going for realism.
I used to work in the ED in an ((urban)) setting and maybe 3 people died on a bad week.

I watched the first two episodes and didn't like it. It's too confusing for the shake to being medically accurate. They jump from patient to patient non-stop that there is not character developing for the main cast. I don't know if it gets better but I don't have any interest to continue it .
