They have multiple space stations in orbit around both earth and the moon. The ship even clips one. The city should have had hours hours of prior notice about a ship coming down. A massive emergency response force should have been there and ready to go by the time the ship actually crashed.

It also makes zero sense for search and rescue teams to go into a place carrying smgs (not that any of the actors treat them as anything other than props or actually act like they have firearm training).
This honestly would have made much more sense if it crashed in a North-American WY city like Chicago or Seattle. WY knows what the ship is carrying, so it would make sense for them to have an armed rapid response force on standby to board the ship. Plus it would have allowed us to see actual colonial marines again, rather than just shitty props that are supposed to provoke nostalgia.
This is not even getting into how fucking stupid it is to send androids with the minds of children into a mass casualty event.
It has been awhile since I have felt so insulted by a show.

5/10 TV show
Nothing remarkable about it. I like the Alien universe, sci fi, and horror so I'm watching it.
Some parts are cool.
Some parts are cringe.

Okay bits of horror, reasonable sci fi stuff.
But every few minutes there's dialogue or acting that's utter shit, or a Xenomorph attack where red shirts get insta slaughtered, but anyone with plot armor it becomes aligator wrestling.

The hybrids having to undergo the process as children is whatever, but it creates a fuckload of cringe watching a bunch of thespians trying to act like children. They're all supposed to have been like 10-13ish when they became hybrids, but the actors behave like they're 2-5 year olds.
It also doesn't make sense they wouldn't mature as they age, if for no other reason than to fit in with society and being to react to situations like an adult would.
