Those are all well and good but the characters I've listed are mostly totally broken beyond logic. Control of all matter and energy, complete knowledge of past and future in all timelines, ability to create new dimensions or universes instantly. They are > Goku. This doesn't stop power scaling being stupid, for instance Fury (Mad Jim Jasper's cyborg, not Nick Fury) or Protege from Marvel could technically beat or rival anything by copying all their powers, but they won't make any tier lists because they're not the origins of the powers, even though they are literal equivalents of any other character unless instantly stopped from cloning powers/abilities.
