In all fairness? If you were fair you would take care to note that most of the fat fucks are immigrants and brownfolk that get free money for snacks every month and do not work. That and the sedentary that have aged out of physical work. These are broken and unhappy hedonists, and our society is cappable of supporting far too many of them so it throws off perceptions and statistics wildly. I know no one under forty that is obese, but you never hear about them as they are busy.

This. I moved out and started a diet eating food from Costco and started gaining weight shooting up from 130 extremely skinny to a healthy 150, then I kept going up to 167 and realized I was going to get fat if I kept eating like I was so I started eating one meal a day consisting of 2 Big Macs, large fry, and a can of Dr. pepper and now I’m down to 156 and should be back to 150 within the next 10 weeks. Gonna go back o my Costco diet after, but I’ll be much more careful to track my calories so I don’t go over my daily limit like I was before. I don’t understand fatties, losing weight is so easy especially if you pay attention to your body and start losing weight before you get fat. What is wrong with them?

There's not just "some flaw", his experiment is literally impossible.
Spurlock says several times he is eating 5000 calories a day.
His rules say that he will only eat three meals a day, will only supersize when asked, and will eat everything on the menu at least once.

It is simply not possible to follow both of those at once. In order to hit 5000 calories for ONE day, you need to order the most calorie-dense options, supersize both lunch and dinner, AND get desserts. It is simply not possible.

I could smell the bullshit watching this back them, simply because I ate nothing but kfc and mcdonalds for years when I worked in construction, and I never gained weight, never threw up, never felt like shit. In fact I felt and looked great. The guy became a millionaire by making a documentary and lying through all of it, all because he was a sneaky lefty with a psycho bitch began wife with an agenda. Now he's dead at age 50 and his legacy destroyed. Karma.

The only problem I can see eating like that long term would be things like the salt content, but only three meals a day and not binge eating Indoubt that would be a big problem. Other than that maybe you would be missing out on certain nutrients? So just snack on fruit and maybe a small salad every now and then between meals.

why would you need fruits and vegetables to live? fruit is literally candy. a lot of vegetables are too, carrots have so much sugar in them I eat them like they're candy. if people are deficient in anything, it's animal protein. if they have too much of something, it's carbs (e.g., fruits and vegetables)
