Apparently the actors are required to send in a headshot of them doing the smile before they audition. Considering there is only a dozen to two dozen of them that actually get cast in the movie, there most be some Extras Coordinator with a file on her computer that just has thousands of headshots of unselected actors doing the smile. What an absolutely cursed thing to keep on your laptop for "work purposes"
