Overrated villain and manlet because Nolan thought a guy running around with half his body burnt off and skull exposed was more realistic than having bane be a proper height.

They Scottish highlander blood and actual anglos mixed with super slaves. Yes. They were like biracial Vikings who talked like bane. I can look them up if you want there's got to be clips on YouTube. If Nolan had any balls and cared about making this movie instead of just rushing it to go and make Interstellar, he'd have Bruce killed here and made John the main Batman. Or just had Bruce actually die in the end and cut out Talia.
